WHAT WE DO With over 30 years of experience of the Directors, we provide
‘total civil and structural engineering solutions’. Our consulting services
cover the following areas: |

Structural
Design We had successfully completed over 1000 engineering design works in conducting feasibility study,
preliminary design, and detailed design works for commercial, residential and
industrial buildings, schools, bridges, as well as special structures such as
hangar, helipad, and steel chimney. Alteration
and Addition Works We have experience in both large and small scale of alteration
and addition projects, from converting a major hotel to office, cinema to
church; office to restaurant, as well as adding a 30m high self-standing
chimney to the roof of an existing building.
Structural
Survey and Maintenance
of Building Works We provide services on structural survey,
appraisal and maintenance of building inspection, including historical
building. Our solutions are innovative and practical to implement. Concrete
Spalling Survey We conduct comprehensive inspection and
testing. We investigate cracks and spalling concrete. We expertise in finding
probable causes to concrete spalling, recommending appropriate repair works
and preventive measures. |
Site Inspection and Construction Supervision We carry out quality assurance focusing on design reviews,
specifications for constructability and cost-effectiveness. We work with
contractor to achieve means and methods that are practical and economical to
construct. Removal of Unauthorized Building Works We have experience in carrying out removal
of unauthorized building works with respect to Building Department’s
requirements. We carry out design to restore the building works to original
design. Demolition We have experience in demolishing special
structures, such as high-rise buildings, cinemas, and piers. |
