Shun Shun Tak Centre houses a shopping
centre, premium office space and luxury service apartments in twin 40-storey
towers, occupying 250,000 sqm. It has a steel weight to floor area ratio some
25% below the norm, this structure has proven to be very economical. Macau Ferry Terminal is designed
for an annual throughput of 15 million passengers, this is potentially the
world’s busiest international marine terminal and heliport. Although original
intended for Hong Kong – Macau services only, it is now also being used for
sailings to ports in South China. |
